BoardSchool Building Committee Meeting Minutes
The committee held a meeting to discuss the selection of a Construction Manager at Risk for the Wilmington Wildwood Early Childhood Center project. Following interviews with four shortlisted firms, the committee reviewed the recommendations from the Selection Working Group and unanimously voted to approve the selection of Fontaine Bros., Inc. for the project. Additionally, the committee noted that questions submitted to town officials will be addressed in future communications and scheduled the next meeting for March 2025.
