This strategic plan outlines the institution's direction for 2026-2031, focusing on several key pillars. Under Academic Excellence, it aims to strengthen student success, enhance curriculum quality and assessment, optimize academic operations, and improve clinical education. The People pillar focuses on recruiting and retaining outstanding faculty and staff, fostering professional development, and enhancing institutional culture and well-being. Engagement objectives include strengthening recruitment, launching and growing the Master's in Biomedical Sciences (MBS) Program, and reinforcing clinical, community, and rural partnerships. Finally, the Research pillar seeks to expand scholarly activity, bolster institutional effectiveness and accreditation readiness, and advance digital transformation and AI integration.
