The Envision Verona Comprehensive Plan serves as a roadmap for the City of Verona, Wisconsin, outlining its vision and framework for growth and development. The plan guides the city towards a vibrant, inclusive, and authentically Verona future, balancing growth with character and quality of life over the next three decades.

This Comprehensive Plan is an overhaul of the City's previous 2009-2030 plan, designed to establish a thirty-year vision, goals, and recommendations for the city's future growth and development, ensuring it is a user-friendly and implementable living document. The plan is structured into four main parts: an overview of the process and study area, community input guiding the city's vision, a detailed vision and goals for future growth and development, and comprehensive implementation strategies. The plan emphasizes securing community support for its vision, complying with State Statutes, and utilizing the latest U.S. Census data.

The board discussed the library's AI usage policies and ethics, reviewed staffing and room allocation needs, and continued preliminary deliberations on the donor recognition policy and the library's 2027 budget. The director provided updates on library statistics, equipment upgrades, personnel changes, and ongoing programming efforts.
