The administration presented its case to uphold previous level two decisions, asserting that the cited sections of the Texas Open Meetings Act are not applicable to the school district as it does not extend into three or more counties, and maintaining that all necessary procedures for the meeting were followed.

This document outlines the Targeted Improvement Plan for South Elementary for the 2025-2026 school year.
