The Board focused on a consent agenda and held a detailed discussion regarding contracts with AASA and Trane. Board members expressed concerns over the lack of understanding of the AASA contract and its relationship to the Lily grant and the journey of a graduate skills initiative. A decision was made to pull the AASA contract from the consent agenda to allow for a future work session to clarify the scope, funding, and implementation details of the project. The Trane contract concerning chiller leases was approved.
