REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS BEAUMONT INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT RFP 27.02 - AFTER SCHOOL ENRICHMENT SERVICES

Beaumont Independent School District ("Beaumont ISD," "BISD," or "District") is conducting this procurement to establish one or more contracts for After School Enrichment Services at two pilot campuses: Pietzsch-MacArthur Elementary School and South Park Middle School. Vendors may submit proposals to provide services at additional campuses listed in the Scope of Work. The initial term of any contract resulting from this solicitation shall commence in February 2027 and continue through May 2027 (the "Initial Term"), with the specific commencement and expiration dates to be established by the district. The District reserves the right, upon mutual written agreement with the awarded vendor(s), to renew the contract for up to two (2) additional academic-year terms (individually, a "Renewal Term"), as follows: • Initial Term: February 2027-May 2027 • First Renewal Term: August 2027-May 2028 • Second Renewal Term: August 2028-May 2029 Each renewal term shall correspond with the District's academic calendar. Renewal shall be contingent upon satisfactory vendor performance, continued program needs, mutual written agreement of the parties, and any required District approvals. Renewals shall not be automatic, and the District shall have no obligation to exercise any renewal option. All services provided under any resulting contract shall meet or exceed the performance standards, program requirements, and specifications established within this RFP and further described in Part 6.0-Scope and Specifications. Procurement Method BISD maintains and uses documented procedures for procurement transactions under a Federal award or subaward, including for acquisition of property or services. BISD's documented procurement procedures are consistent with State, local and tribal laws and regulations and standards identified in §§ 200.317 through 200.327 of subpart D-Post Federal Award Requirements. BISD is utilizing the Request for Proposals (RFP) method of procurement in accordance with Texas Education Code Section 44.031(a)(3) Purchasing Contracts, Request for Proposals for services other than construction services.
