These include a zoning map amendment to rezone property on Belle St from "R-2" Single-Family Residential District to "C-2" General Commercial District, and a special use permit to operate a Social Organization on Milton Road. Additionally, there will be discussions on amending the city code regarding the Zoning Board of Appeals, the Comprehensive Plan Vision, and Short-Term Rentals.
