The Planning Commission conducted public hearings on several projects. Approval was granted for a General Plan Amendment and Rezone for Project #U24-0017 and a Use Permit for a home-based deck coating business under Project #U25-0005. A request to rescind a Development Rights Agreement for Project #U24-0023 failed to pass due to an insufficient number of affirmative votes.
