Foundation Of California State University Monterey Bay Annual Meeting
The Board addressed several key business items during the annual meeting. The Board elected new directors and officers and appointed members to various standing committees, including the Governance, Audit, and Investment committees. Additionally, the Board reviewed and approved the 2026/27 Foundation budget and passed resolutions to amend the Foundation Bylaws, specifically replacing the Nominating Committee with a newly established Governance Committee.
