The 2020 Blueprint focuses on enhancing the quality of life and economic vitality for all Alabamians by providing access to and support for the state's diverse and rich artistic resources. It aims to support excellence and professionalism in the arts, provide opportunities for arts education, ensure access to arts programming for all Alabamians, preserve folk art traditions, promote diverse cultural artistic expressions, recognize the arts as an economic driver, and increase public recognition and appreciation for the arts.
