The council discussed various development plans, including those for a Wendy's restaurant and townhomes. Additionally, the commission considered requests from the City of Delaware to vacate portions of unimproved right-of-way on Hayes Street and Jane Road. A report from the Planning Director provided updates on the South Sandusky Study and the kickoff of the Architectural Standards review.
