This strategic plan outlines the District's direction from 2026-2030, built upon four core priorities: Growth, Innovation, Communication, and Infrastructure. The plan aims to foster academic, social, and personal growth for every student, enhance learning through new structures, improve collaboration with families and the community, and provide infrastructure support for the plan's implementation. All efforts are aligned with the Portrait of a Needham Graduate (PONG) competencies to define desired student skills and attributes.
