The Planning Commission conducted a public hearing to review and address several project applications, including the Loudoun Youth Soccer Association Lighting, the Potomac Interceptor Odor Abatement Site, the Lucketts Community Center and Child Care Center, the Town of Leesburg Lower Sycolin Pump Station, the Bluemont Community Center and Child Care Center, and the Loudoun Parkway Center Parcel N, the latter of which was deferred.
