The Board of Claremont County Commissioners held a session that included the issuance of a proclamation designating May as Older Americans Month in Claremont County and a second proclamation designating May 11th to 17th as Police Week. Additionally, a presentation was provided regarding the county's economic development strategic plan, covering the current status of the project, a SWOT analysis of the county, and future focus areas including target industries, infrastructure readiness, workforce development, and business growth strategies.
