The plan aims to increase ACT preparedness, subject proficiency, and extracurricular involvement for students, while also focusing on staff retention, development, and workload management. Community efforts include increasing partnerships with local businesses and parental involvement. The support pillar focuses on improving facilities, student career development, well-being, and maintaining a secure environment. The target year for fully meeting these goals is 2029.
