The commission approved the issuance of 501c3 bonds for the Creek at 2645 apartments, a project involving the acquisition and rehabilitation of multifamily housing units. The meeting included a discussion and resolution for the San Juan Apartments Phase 2 project, specifically regarding amendments to the Permanent Local Housing Allocation Program and HOME Investment Partnerships Program loan agreements, as well as a recommendation for additional project financing.
