The CHA Board of Commissioners voted on Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Small Area FMR Payment Standards for leasing in Concord, specifically Zip Code 01742. The payment standards were set at 99% of the Small Area Fair Market Rent (FMR) for various bedroom sizes, effective November 1, 2025. Additionally, the board determined that for areas outside of Concord, the CHA's Payment Standards will be set at 105% of HUD's FMR by bedroom size.
