The agenda includes a roll call, review of accounts payable, monthly finance report, and reports from the Executive Director/CEO covering finance, asset management, maintenance, and the Housing Choice Voucher Program. There will be a presentation of bids/proposals, discussion of resolutions to approve the 2020 Agency Annual and Five Year Plan, adopt public housing and Section 8 utility allowance schedules, and adopt policy revisions to the Employee Handbook. The board will also consider entering into contract negotiations with a selected RAD Consultant. An executive session is scheduled to discuss personnel, litigation, and real estate transactions.
