Discussions were held regarding maintenance dredging at 20 Driftway Lane, an accessory dwelling unit proposal at 12 Locust Hill Road, and residential additions at 350 Middlesex Road. Additionally, the Commission reviewed an advisory update concerning design alterations for a bridge project at 3 Seagate Road.

The commission reviewed recommendations for the 2026 Plan of Conservation and Development, covering chapters on environment, transportation, community facilities, and built environment. Public hearings were held regarding special permit applications for site plans at Saint Luke's Episcopal Church, continued programming for the Darien Arts Center at Town Hall, and new fitness studios at 873 Boston Post Road. The commission also reviewed and approved a mandatory referral report for the extension of the Darien Arts Center lease and held deliberations on the fitness studio applications.
