This Strategic Plan outlines Denton's strategic focus, guided by Council's key focus areas reaffirmed in July 2022. The plan emphasizes six principal pillars: pursuing organizational excellence and collaborative leadership, enhancing infrastructure and mobility, fostering economic opportunity and affordability, strengthening community and quality of life, supporting healthy and safe communities, and promoting sustainability and the environment. Over 100 initiatives are actively being pursued across the organization to support these strategic priorities, with progress tracked on a public-facing dashboard.
