Amherst Exempted Village Board Of Education Regular Meeting
The board discussed and accepted various donations and received reports from the Superintendent, the Executive Director of Educational Services, the JVS representative, and the Community Task Force. The board acted on several personnel matters including resignations for retirement, leave of absence requests, new probationary contracts, supplemental contracts for extra-curricular activities, volunteer acknowledgments, and substitute employee approvals. Additionally, the board approved purchased service contracts, updates to contracted status for staff, an appointment to the Public Library Board of Trustees, a revision to the Ancillary Salary Grid, staff training agreements, snow and ice management services, advertising and sports calendar services, transportation in-lieu of contract recommendations, and various facility-related studies for paving and mechanical systems.
