Strategic Plan
The CSUDH Strategic Plan, titled "Going Far Together," outlines the university's blueprint to become a socially just, equitable, and inclusive model urban university. It is founded on two core pillars, "Learn Together" and "Thrive Together," which promote collaborative learning, equity-centered solutions, and support for the personal and professional growth of all community members. The plan is further structured around five strategic themes: Thriving Students, Thriving Educators, Equitable Access, Culture of Care, and Pillar of the Community. The overarching vision is to address historical and educational injustices by fostering academic excellence, ensuring equitable access to high-impact learning, and serving as a national model for a socially just metropolitan university.
