The Planning Commission reviewed and approved several site plan requests, including the Bora Condos, Lamar Amenity Center, Southern Pipe Showroom, and The Summit Phase 3. The commission also held public hearings and approved requests for a variance on fence height, final plat approval for The Heights Phase 6, and preliminary and final plat approval for the Montecito Medical subdivision. Additionally, they approved site plans and necessary variances for the Country Club Square project and the Stern Cardiovascular Center, including a special exception for square footage and variances related to building footprint and build-to-line requirements.
