The committee reviewed and recommended to the Board the acceptance of cash and investment reports, as well as financial statements and budget amendments for the period ending in June. Several lease agreements were reviewed and recommended for approval, including properties for Travis County, Collier Properties LLC, and Boyd Austin GSA, LLC. The committee also received updates regarding the 3rd Quarter Business Plan and the 1115 Waiver Transition. Additionally, announcements were made regarding new staff, current request for proposals, and the acquisition of Patterson and Associates.
