Additionally, reports were provided by the finance and construction committees, covering topics such as attendance zone rezoning, water rights, construction updates for new elementary projects, portable infrastructure needs, and various budgetary amendments and contract adjustments.

This document outlines the goals, performance objectives, and strategies for Medina Valley Middle School for the 2025-2026 school year. The plan focuses on four key areas: recruiting and retaining highly qualified staff, connecting students to college and career pathways, providing a safe and secure learning environment with active parental involvement, and strengthening core-content academic foundations. Intended outcomes include improved teacher retention, increased student academic achievement, enhanced social-emotional learning, and greater parent and community engagement.

Additionally, the board considered and approved a new regulation for intra-district student transfers, clarifying stipulations regarding UIL eligibility, extracurricular activities, discipline record thresholds, and the revocation process for transfers.
