Discussion clarified that the finding resulted from a procedural timing discrepancy in uploading door perimeter check documentation to the state portal, rather than a failure to conduct the required security checks. To resolve this, the district established an enhanced documentation protocol requiring door check logs to be uploaded to the portal twice weekly and providing redundant physical logs to campus officers.
