The meeting was convened to consider the Letter of Conditions from the USDA Rural Development regarding a grant and loan for the Ingrams Township Water District. The Board adopted a resolution to accept the conditions, which included approving an operating budget, authorizing necessary forms for the Rural Utility Service, and establishing a residential water usage rate schedule.
