BoardCharter Township of Shelby Board of Trustees Regular Meeting
The Board addressed a variety of administrative and operational matters. Actions included approving sidewalk repair assessments, credit card expenditures, and a sick time payout for a former official. The Board also upheld several Freedom of Information Act denial appeals, authorized the selection of consultants for Master Plan development, financial software transition, and grant writing services, and adopted a Brownfield resolution. Additionally, contracts were awarded for Community Development Block Grant-funded ADA crosswalk installations, a district court boiler pump replacement, and a pedestrian bridge cost-share agreement.
