The meeting includes discussions on student government administrative topics such as community agreements, special elections, roundtable reports, and committee updates. Business items cover a debrief on the Lake and College Career Day, the formation of election, scholarship, and muralist committees, and planning for an Earth Day celebration. Additionally, the board will address the renewal of district charging stations and electric vehicle licenses, evaluate the condition of the mascot suit, and consider the approval of the robotics club and the law and justice club.

The board discussed several items including community agreements, conducting a special election to address vacant positions, and roundtable updates on leadership responsibilities. Additional business included planning for the Earth Day celebration, organizing a candidacy town hall, discussing the facilities bond measure, and planning for the General Assembly. The board also reviewed the renewal of district charging stations, repairs and volunteer stipends for the mascot, the creation of campus water refill station maps, and the maintenance of stair safety stripes.

The committee reviewed numerous course and program modifications across various disciplines, including Administration of Justice, Agriculture, Automotive Technology, Business, Culinary Arts Management, and Fire Science. Key actions included the approval of several new automotive-related certificates of completion, the establishment of a new Marine Science department, and the approval of new courses within the Marine Science curriculum. Additionally, the committee engaged in discussions regarding the implementation of Universal Design for Learning (UDL) procedures in course outlines to meet Title V requirements, as well as the integration of a cultural audit into the curriculum review process.

The committee addressed various course and program modifications across several departments including Agriculture, Biology, Business, Computer Science, and Woodworking. New course approvals were granted for Data Wrangling and Visualization, Guitar Ensemble, and theatre courses for older adults. Proposals for new noncredit certificates in culinary arts were introduced. Several business courses were tabled for further revision. The committee also approved the 2026-2027 curriculum calendar and discussed the transition from TOP codes to CIP codes for work experience courses.

The committee discussed and approved various course and program modifications, including those for Administration of Justice, Business, Allied Health, Physical Education, and Work Experience Education. Numerous automotive course and certificate proposals were approved, as were proposals for baking courses and a new Hospitality Management degree. The committee reviewed initial proposals for marine-related courses and certificates. Additionally, the committee approved updates to several subject codes to align with Common Course Numbering objectives and received an update regarding ongoing articulation efforts with the CSU and UC systems.
