Oklahoma City Water Utilities Trust Meeting
The meeting commenced with the approval of the minutes from the prior meeting held on September 9th. Key agenda items included the approval of the consent docket, which contained several plans and specifications, amendments, change orders, and pipeline license agreements. The concurrent docket, featuring five items previously reviewed by the McGee Creek Authority, was also approved. Under individual consideration, plans and specifications for pipeline interim surge stations at Colgate Ada and Mcome pump stations were approved after discussion regarding the transition from old silo tanks to new air-over-water tanks for surge mitigation. The annual financial report for FY2024 was presented, noting an unqualified clean opinion despite a finding related to necessary accounting adjustments moving FY25 items back to FY24 due to the new Oracle system implementation. The Trust discussed lake levels, noting minor decreases across Hefner, Draper, and Toka's Creek reservoirs.
