The St. Catharines Culture Plan 2025-2030 is a strategic roadmap designed to guide municipal support for arts and culture. The plan focuses on three strategic goals: Recognize and Revitalize, Connect and Cultivate, and Make Space. Its objectives include celebrating cultural diversity and history, improving awareness of local assets, enhancing neighborhoods, strengthening support systems and collaboration for the arts community, supporting professional development, embedding diverse expressions in the public realm, making meaningful use of existing spaces, and integrating public art. The overarching vision is to establish St. Catharines as a cultural hotspot with a vibrant, visible, inclusive, and sustainable arts and culture sector that enriches community life and local pride.
