The council also considered the site plan and preliminary plat for a 4,600 sq ft retail building proposed by Blue Door, First Blue Door LLC at 5445 West Parkway, noting compliance with bulk regulations, landscaping, parking requirements, and architectural material standards. A discussion followed regarding the extension of an internal sidewalk to comply with ADA requirements.
