This Strategic Plan provides direction for the development of the College of the Muscogee Nation (CMN) by establishing goals, objectives, and priorities focused on future growth, accreditation criteria, and its Land Grant mission. Key areas of focus include academic affairs, business affairs, enrollment management, executive affairs, and student affairs, with a significant emphasis on Mvskoke Language Revitalization. The plan is designed as a long-range blueprint to guide decision-making and continue the vision of Mvskoke Creek ancestors.

It emphasizes maintaining a clear mission reflective of Muscogee history and culture, operating with integrity in all functions, providing high-quality educational programs appropriate for a Native American community, fostering continuous improvement through assessment of student learning, and ensuring sufficient resources and structures to support the college's mission and future growth. The plan also addresses the college's role as a tribal college in a multicultural society, its commitment to intellectual inquiry and critical thinking, and its engagement with external constituencies and Native American communities.
