Work consists of construction of a new approx 4,200 SF utility/ancillary building. All excavation as required only to place the foundations per the site plan. All foundations / below grade insulation for the structure only including entryways. All structural components of foundation , walls, and roof system. All slab on grade related work including placement of concrete. All exterior wall framing and insulated board system. Complete roof package including asphalt system and flashings at roof line. All exterior cladding including soffits, sidings, watertable, and trim. All Overhead doors and passage doors.
