The selected firm will evaluate seepage, measure groundwater infiltration, and prepare a Preliminary Engineering Report including environmental impacts and cost analyses. Submissions must be delivered to the Facilities Department office in Worley, Idaho, by 4:00 p.m. Pacific Time on February 19, 2026.

Site improvements include a new reservoir control valve vault, combination air/vacuum relief valve stations at two points of connection to existing distribution system, disconnection of two existing reservoirs, site fencing, permanent runoff and erosion control improvements, and construction of an all-weather gravel access road. Modify well pump controls in a building remote from the reservoir site.
