Replace the curbing at both locations with rebar, reinforcing and pinned to the highway and pour to match the existing curb and gutter line already in place. Backfill with dirt provided by the city, smooth and seed. Remove 3 sections of sidewalk directly in front of the building. At this point repour extending into the parking area to provide ADA accessibility. Then pour approx 171’ of new curb against existing sidewalk, with expansion material between sidewalk and new curb, and be self-supporting, and rebar reinforced. Ends should be tapered to blend into the ADA slab where it meets.
