Work includes complete monument construction and site work per plans/specs (mobilization, erosion control, seeding, earthwork, cast-in-place concrete, rammed earth walls or approved equivalents, landscaping, site furnishings, electrical/lighting, installation of content/exhibits, and a maintenance plan). Procurement requires a Tennessee contractor license, 10% bid guarantee, 100% performance and labor & material bonds, specified insurance, 5% retainage, liquidated damages ($500/day), and completion within 270 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.

Cast-in-place architectural concrete: formed concrete that is exposed to view on surfaces of completed structure or building and that requires special concrete materials, formwork, placement, or finishes to obtain specified landscape architectural appearance.
