The commission held public hearings regarding three main agenda items. These included a dock length variance for a property on Kings Point Road, which was recommended for approval; an amendment to an interim use permit and a conditional use permit for a baseball and softball training facility expansion; and an amendment to a conditional use permit for a property on Highway 7 to allow for the sale of preassembled storage sheds in addition to used automobiles.
