This magnificent 90-year old building is owned by the City and is listed on the National and State Registers of Historic Places. It has been in continual use as a footwear manufacturing site operated by the Shoe Company. Historic shoe factory will be relocating in early 2026 to a new facility. Following their relocation, the City would like to collaborate with a qualified developer (or development team) for a dynamic reuse project.
