The location of each street is specified in the contract documents and they are also shown on the map at the end of these Special Provisions and Conditions. It is the intent of the City of Manitowoc to install a double sealcoat on all of the streets included in this contract. The Contractor shall use washed and fractured 3/8” granite stone chip (uncoated chips) for the base layer aggregate and a washed 1/8” granite stone chip aggregate for a finish/surface layer aggregate on the double layer seal coated streets.
