Project will include removal of two (2), docs 80 oxygen concentrators housed within the existing water treatment plant, along with related air ducts and piping. The project will include preparation of the site through base and subbase removal in preparation for 12" outdoor concrete slab. The project will include a 12" bulk oxygen equipment concrete slab to the northeast end of the existing water treatment plant; the concrete slab will have a fenced section with 2 gates for the outdoor bulk oxygen storage. The project will include installation of a bulk oxygen storage system comprised of the following: one (1) 715-gallon cryogenic bulk lox storage tank, one (1) vaporizer assembly, one (1) manifold/pressure regulating/switchover assembly, one (1) back-up high pressure gas oxygen cylinder system and the associated exterior and interior o2 service. The new bulk oxygen system will have electrical and controls systems connecting into the existing wtp system. The project will include interior piping connections with a 3" building core and seal. The project also includes replacement of (20) pneumatic valves, (6) mag meters, (3) tank inspections, (2) pump inspections/servicings within the existing wtp.
