Completion (Phase II) of an existing partial 12" force main installed during the previous Eagles Force Main Replacement Project. Completion of the force main will involve installation of new 12" force main segments at Morgan Avenue, Oak Grove Rd., and Old Boonville Highway, along the east side of Crawford-Brandeis Ditch; retirement of the existing 8" Eagles Force Main from the existing Eagles Lift Station to south of Oak Gove Road; and various gravity sewer improvements. The work includes but is not limited to installation of 486 LF of new 12" gravity sewer main, 135 LF of new 18" gravity sewer main; 169 LF of new directionally bored or open-cut 12" force main, and 256 LF of restrained joint 12" force main installed through casing pipe; approx. 512 LF of 24" steel casing pipe (jack & bore, Morgan Avenue) and 72 LF of 30" steel casing pipe (jack & bore, Old Boonville Highway); 7 - 48" diameter Closed-Bottom Fiberglass-Reinforced Manholes , 1 - 60" Diameter Closed-Bottom Fiberglass-Reinforced Manhole, 2 - 72" Diameter Closed-Bottom Fiberglass-Reinforced Manholes; retirement of approx. 660 LF of existing 12" gravity sewer (fill with concrete or remove as shown on plans), grout fill of approximately 3,500 LF of existing 8" Force Main; and Removal/Retirement of 7 existing manholes and one existing valve pit; installation of one new air release valve structure and one new valve pit with 12" gate valve and 12" check valve; and all other work required for the complete installation. Work shall also include temporary erosion control, clearing and grubbing, traffic control, bypass pumping, testing, granular backfill, flowable fill, pavement restoration, final grading and seeding, testing.
