The scope of work includes all necessary labor, equipment, and material to install 1 – 16"x12" wet tap and valve, 1 - 16" insertion valve, 1 - 16" pipe cap, approx. forty (40)± of flowable fill for pipe section to be abandoned in-place, 1 emergency pump connection, 96 SF of 6" concrete flatwork, bypass pumping, wet well lining and restoration, and site restoration.
