The Champlin City Council will meet to discuss assessments for abatement of code violations related to grass and weeds, tree removal services, rental code violations, securing and monitoring fees for vacant property, and any other unpaid fees, as well as delinquent water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, street light, and refuse fees. An administrative fee will be added to the balance due and certified to the County Auditor as an assessment against the properties.

The Champlin City Council is holding a public hearing regarding proposed assessments for the Goose Lake Pkwy & Elm Creek Tr Area, Improvement Project No. 22502, which involves street and utility improvements.
