Provide 50,000 gal. Elevated water storage tank. Interior wet rehabilitation (a)complete removal and replacement of protective coating system. Exterior rehabilitation (a)complete removal and replacement of protective coating system. (b)full curtain containment miscellaneous grinding, welding, and caulking. New tank roof vent. Remove/reinstall inlet/outlet insulation and jacket. Drill holes in balcony floor. Remove existing piping to fire station building. Repair and modify existing roof railing. Install new safety "tie-off" lugs. Remove abandoned telecom equipment. New overflow pipe screen. New city lettering/logos painted on exterior of tank. Repair concrete foundation mortar and grout. New safety climb system for all tower ladders. New LED aviation lights and post.
