1. acquire a pre engineered building 50’x80’x14’, 3” on 12” pitch, colored walls, galvume roof. 2. building is to have front wall with brick verneer, brick up to 4’, (bricks furnished by city). 3. building is to have 3” vr. metal building insulation. 4. building is to have (2) 3070 main doors. 5. building to have (5) 12’x10’ insulated roll up doors. 6. building is to have 7’4” liner panels throughout building. 7. building is to have (2) handicap accessible restrooms. 8. building to have (1) one 15’x20’ office area, wired for electrical. 9. building is to be wired for and have heating and air for open area and heating and air for office and restrooms. 10. building is to have a 4” concrete slab no less than a 3500 psi. mix with footings, with a double run off 1/2” rebar continuous. 11. building is to have 6 mil. plastic vapor barrier. 12. building is to have a 6”x6” wire mesh throughout for reinforcement. 13. construction bid amount is to have labor and dirt work included.
