Cinco Municipal Utility District No. 1 is seeking sealed bids for construction of Phase II of its reuse water distribution system in Fort Bend County, Texas. The work includes installing approximately 3,503 linear feet of 2-inch waterline, 16,963 linear feet of 12-inch waterline, and 4,797 linear feet of 16-inch waterline, along with appurtenances, storm-water pollution controls, and site restoration. Bids are due at 10:00 a.m. local time on November 4, 2026, and a non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for October 28, 2026.
