Increase the outside diameter of the foundation to 98' 1" (a 4' increase) to meet allowable bearing pressure. Install 60 2" diameter anchors to prevent shell uplift and anchor bases around screen vent. Perform reservoir coating. Add drain holes near base of guardrail posts. Install new inlet/outlet piping, inlet manifold with duckbill valves, anchor points at to of tank, sample lines, new roof vent, ladder and guardrail and relocate overflow pipe outside of tank and associated catchment systems.
