This Strategic Directions Bridge Plan outlines four key directions to guide CSUCI through the 2024-25 academic year. These directions, described as essential, underway or soon to begin, and achievable, serve as a bridge between the sunsetting 2018-23 Strategic Initiatives, the upcoming WSCUC visit in April 2024, and the development of the next full strategic plan for 2030+. The four directions are: Academic & Campus Identity; Student Experience; Campus Culture; and Sustainability, Growth & Resources. The plan's goals and actions are campus-wide priorities, though not exhaustive.
