Procurement guidance and navigation tips.
Lower scores indicate easier procurement processes. Created by Starbridge.
Sole Source: If sale is less than $15,000, use sole source only when a true proprietary/no-competition need exists; otherwise skip and pivot immediately to EACPA.
Coops: Lead with EACPA. Ask them to purchase through their existing EACPA membership to avoid a new bid.
Calhoun County, AL: Sole source awards are exceptionally rare and typically limited to true proprietary or no-competition scenarios. Practical guidance: do not pursue; pivot to an eligible cooperative instead.
